3.3 Specific personal data

Under the PDP Law, biometric information and personal financial data are specific personal data (data pribadi spesifik). We process them only as needed for charging, payment, and account security:

We obtain consent for this processing through the system permission prompt or the related feature switch. You may refuse; only that feature will be unavailable, and you can still browse public station information.

3.4 Information we do not collect

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising profiling or cross-app tracking unrelated to charging.

4. Android permissions and sensitive data

The App requests permissions only when the related feature is actually needed. You may refuse; only that feature will be unavailable, and you can still browse public station information. You can revoke access at any time in system Settings → Apps → EVSOLUSI → Permissions.

Permission / capability Google Play sensitive-data type Use Not used for
Camera Camera Scan charger or login QR codes Saving photos, uploading a gallery, collecting face templates

The App does not request read/write external storage or photo/video permissions, because it has no image-picker or gallery features.

7. International transfers

The App mainly serves users in Indonesia, and business data is stored on Indonesia-region service endpoints. When you use international services such as Google or Meta, related data may be transferred outside Indonesia. Under the PDP Law’s cross-border transfer rules, where applicable law requires it, we protect the data by assessing the destination’s level of protection, using contractual safeguards, encrypting transmission, or obtaining your consent.

8. Retention and security

Retention

When the retention period expires, or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, cannot be fulfilled, or is no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymize the personal information unless the law provides otherwise.

Security

No system is perfectly secure. Keep verification codes and passwords private, and do not enable password-free sign-in on someone else’s device.

Under the PDP Law, as a data subject you may:

  1. be informed about the processing of your personal information
  2. access the personal information we hold about you

Complaints: Komdigi https://www.komdigi.go.id

10. After account deletion

Sign-in ends at once, and the account can no longer be used to charge or pay. We delete or anonymize profile, vehicles, favorites, and IC-card bindings. Order and financial records that the law requires us to keep are deleted when that period ends. Wallet balance is handled under the in-app refund / closure rules. Deletion cannot be undone.

11. Children

The App is an electric-vehicle charging service for people who can use charging and payment independently. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have collected a child’s information by mistake, contact us using section 1 and we will delete it.

Users under 18 should use the App with a parent or guardian’s consent. When we process a child’s personal data, we will obtain parental or guardian consent as required by the PDP Law.

12. Third-party pages

Payment, third-party login authorization, and system map navigation may open external pages or apps. Data processing there is governed by the other party’s policy. We do not control those pages.

13. Local storage

The App uses on-device storage for sign-in state, language, the password-free sign-in switch, and similar settings so they persist the next time you open the App. This data is not used for advertising tracking. You can clear the App’s data in system settings; you will need to sign in again afterwards.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will revise the effective date at the top and publish the new version on this page. If a change expands collection, adds new recipients, or alters the main purpose, we will also notify you in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.

15. Governing law

This Policy is governed by Indonesian law (including the PDP Law and its implementing regulations) and Google Play’s User Data policy. For users in Indonesia, if a translation conflicts with the Indonesian text, the Indonesian text controls.
